We want you to love your order from Manna Faith Clothing. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return and Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. To start a return, send us an email at info@wearmanna.com with your order number, your return or exchange reason (too big, small defect, etc), and if an exchange, what item you want for the exchange.
Exchanges

Each order includes one free exchange. Additional exchanges beyond the first will incur a return shipping fee.

We’ll email you a prepaid label if needed.

Once we receive and inspect the original item, your exchange will be processed and a replacement will be shipped out.
Returns

A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are applied to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear after processing.
Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please return the item in its original packaging (if a hat came in a box, ship it back in that box). The customer is responsible for proper packaging to ensure safe return transit.

We have the final say as to what will be accepted when we inspect the item.
