Faith Ambassador Policy and Rules

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• We are only accepting applications from U.S. citizens residing in the 50 states or the District of Columbia, as we currently do not ship orders outside the United States.

• Open to anyone who wants to share their Christian faith, no professional or influencer experience required.

• Applicants may come from any background (students, parents, community members, etc).

• There is no cost to join the program. Ambassadors are not paid upfront for participation unless specifically approved by MANNA as part of a partnership with larger influencers.

• Faith Ambassadors represent MANNA by wearing and sharing our apparel and helping spread the Gospel through fashion. MANNA reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if their actions or content do not reflect a respectful and positive representation of the MANNA brand.

• Approved influencers with larger social media followings may receive complimentary MANNA merchandise as part of their ambassador partnership. Items may not be resold or exchanged for cash.

• MANNA retains rights to all brand materials, designs, and content.

• Ambassadors receive a unique code to share with their audience, friends, family, and community.

• Each code gives customers a 15% discount, unless otherwise stated.

• Codes must not be posted on coupon or discount aggregator sites.

• Ambassadors may not create fake accounts. Sharing codes in a spammy or misleading manner (e.g., mass comment spam) is prohibited.

• MANNA reserves the right to revoke codes or remove ambassadors who misuse them.

• There is no minimum number of orders required to remain in the program; however, MANNA reserves the right to remove ambassadors in cases of extended or extreme inactivity.

• Faith Ambassadors earn 15% commission on the order total after any discounts are applied. Commissions are calculated before shipping and taxes. Higher rates may be granted to ambassadors with larger followings or strong engagement at our sole discretion. With notice, we reserve the right to change any ambassador's rates at any time for any reason.

• Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. Payments for a given month are sent in the first half of the following month. The total payment amount may include negative commissions to account for returns and other order adjustments. The minimum commission total to be paid out is $5. A commission total less than $5 will be rolled over into the next month, and will continue to roll into future months until a commission of $5 or more is met to be paid out.

• When MANNA sends payments through PayPal, ambassadors are usually classified as sellers of a service (i.e. promoting a brand). As a result, PayPal may deduct a small processing fee from each payment. For the most accurate and current rates, please refer to PayPal’s official fee schedule. MANNA is not responsible for those and other fees charged by PayPal to the affiliate.

• The email you provide on your application must match the email linked to your PayPal account. If the emails do not match, we will be unable to process commission payments, and your application may be denied. Payments are sent only to the exact email provided on your application, and MANNA is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or misspelled email addresses.

• Ambassadors may use their own code for personal purchases.

• To receive commission for an order, the customer must use your link or code at checkout. Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply a code or adjust commissions after an order has been placed.

• Commission applies only to orders placed using the ambassador’s unique code or link. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

• MANNA reserves the right to modify commission rates or program structure with notice. Commissions may be withheld if fraudulent activity or unethical promotion is suspected.

• You can track your sales, commissions, and other details on your dashboard here.

• Every applicant will be contacted directly via email after applying. Applicants will be informed if: they've been accepted, more information is needed, or they are not accepted at this time.

• MANNA reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.

• Applications must include accurate and honest information. Approved ambassadors may be asked to verify identity or provide public social media links if applicable.

• Friends, family, and anyone in your network are welcome to use your code. You may share your code in person, online, or through social media. There are no limits to how many times your code can be used or how much commission you can earn, as long as all code usage is ethical and aligns with program guidelines. 

• The program is open to anyone who supports MANNA's purpose of spreading faith through clothing. Every ambassador plays a role in helping share God's Word and contribute to bible donations through each order.

• Ambassadors accepted into the program may use any official MANNA content and imagery in their own social media posts and promotions.

• MANNA does not prevent ambassadors from promoting other brands.

• Ambassadors can request bibles donated through their orders to personally share within their own communities. This is entirely optional, but if you’d like to make a request, start here. The minimum number of bibles to request is 25. Although not a strict requirement, ambassadors requesting bibles should have successfully referred at least 10 orders to be considered for a bible donation.

• Ambassadors should represent MANNA in a positive, faith-centered, and respectful manner. Posts should avoid profanity, hate speech, discrimination, or content contrary to Christian values. MANNA reserves the right to request removal of any content that misrepresents or harms the brand.

• Ambassadors should not alter MANNA’s official logo or images without prior approval.

• Ambassadors may leave the program at any time for any reason. We simply ask that you contact us before leaving so we can update our records. Likewise, MANNA reserves the right to reject or remove any ambassador from the program at any time and for any reason. Commission and program eligibility end upon removal from the program.

• MANNA is not responsible for any personal statements, actions, or content shared by ambassadors. All ambassadors act as independent partners, not employees or legal representatives of MANNA, and do not represent MANNA in any official capacity beyond the scope of the program. Ambassadors must comply with all local laws and platform guidelines (including FTC disclosure rules). Failure to follow disclosure requirements may result in removal from the program.

• MANNA reserves the right to change or end the program at any time.

• Reminder: as a MANNA Faith Ambassador, you represent more than a brand — you represent a mission. Every interaction, post, and conversation is a chance to help others wear the faith and spread the faith

• By agreeing to this policy, you also agree to GoAffPro's (our affiliate program software) operating agreement.
